What kind of Meal Plans are offered with your Room Rates?

We offer 2 type of Meal Plans:

+ 'Bed & Breakfast' Plan (B&B) includes daily Full American Breakfast for Two: Coffee or Tea, Orange Juice, Fruit Platter, French Toast or Waffles, Marmalade and Butter, plus a choice of Eggs à la Carte.
+ 'Modified American Plan' (MAP) includes daily Full American Breakfast at our Casa Rolandi Restaurant or at the comfort of your suite; plus daily 3-course Lunch or Dinner à la carte (appetizer, main dish & dessert) at our award-wining Casa Rolandi Restaurant. *One pound of fresh live lobster (in season) per person, considered as a main dish. Gratuities and beverages are not included.

Please review your rate description at the moment of booking. Meal Plan choice will be displayed automatically with the room rate.

Do you accept children at the Hotel?

Villa Rolandi is an upscale 'Adults Only' all-suites resort seeking to provide outstanding levels of privacy, world-class service and a luxurious experience to its discerning guests. Please note only teens from 13 years and older are accepted in the property sharing their parents suite and extra person charge applies. What is the Maximum Occupancy Policy for our Suites?

Maximum occupancy in our Junior Suite and Master Suite categories is of 3 adults with the same bed configuration, since no extra beds or cribs are available at the property. Our Suites feature one king bed or two single beds; plus a sofa-bed that can be set up as a single or matrimonial extra bed.

How do I arrange my transportation from the airport to Villa Rolandi?

Villa Rolandi offers complementary Yacht Transportation Services to its hotel guests during their arrival & departure days. Our yacht operating hours are from 9:30 am to 7:30pm; in case your flight has a late arrival or a very early departure we can offer special yacht services outside our operating schedule at extra cost of $80.00 USD per Single Trip.

How about Airport-Cancun Hotel Zone Dock Transportation?

We may also arrange Private Ground SUV Transportation from Cancun's International Airport to our dock at 'Embarcadero Playa Linda' in Cancun Hotel Zone; the cost of this Private Round Transportation (Airport-Dock-Airport) service is $ 110.00 USD plus 11% VAT per room. *Subject to change without previous notice.

Which would be the best time to send my Flight Information to the Hotel?

Please forward your flight information to our Concierge Department (Concierge@VillaRolandi.com) to book your Private Transportation (SUV and/or Yacht Services) at least 72 hrs. prior to your arrival date so the Hotel can arrange and guarantee your Transportation accordingly

Where is your Pier at Cancun Hotel Zone?

The dock is located at 'Playa Linda Embarcadero' at Km. 4.5, at the same lot next to the Cancun Theatre and the panoramic Observation Tower, at Cancun Hotel Zone.

About Your Arrival

Please consider that it is necessary to estimate approximately 90 min. for flight arrival, luggage collection, customs department and transfer time from the airport to the dock.

About Your Departure

Please consider that it is necessary to leave the property at least 3 hours before your flight departure in order to be in time at the airport for international flights processing.

Is there an alternative to the Yacht Transportation to cross from/to Isla Mujeres?

As an alternative it is also possible to use 'Ultramar' Speed Boats service at the Ultramar Port at Isla Mujeres as well as two Ultramar Ports at Cancun Hotel Zone and Downtown at Puerto Juarez; which offer regular trips around every 30 minutes. Check-in/Check-out Time. What's the Hotel Policy on Early Check-in/Late Check-out?

Check-in time: 3:00 pm / Checkout time: 12:00 pm (noon). Late Check-out may be arranged upon availability until 4:00 pm. *Late Check-out charges may apply.

Please note requests for early check-in or checkout are managed upon availability. If the hotel fully sold out, we may be unable to grant your request. However, we can securely store your luggage and you are welcome to enjoy the hotel facilities until your room becomes available or until your Cancun-Airport Transportation time.

Does Villa Rolandi have Currency Exchange service?

The Hotel does offer Currency Exchange service, available at the front desk. For your ultimate convenience, we do not charge any special fees or commissions for this service.

Is there a specific Dress Code for lunch/dinner at 'Casa Rolandi' Gourmet Restaurant?

A specific dress code is not required for lunch. For dinner, smart casual resort attire is recommended.

Do I need to make restaurant reservations in advance?

Reservations are not required for hotel Guests, although we do recommend Table Reservations should you have a favorite table you'd like us to have for your dinner.

Group Reservations/Non-Guest Diners

Group Reservations as well as Non-Guest Diners are welcome at Casa Rolandi Isla Mujeres. Table Reservations are recommended in high-occupancy periods to guarantee your preferred seating arrangements.

*Be sure to ask our Front Desk or Concierge to arrange your complimentary transportation from your hotel in Isla Mujeres and our Yacht Schedules to/from the 'Playa Linda' Pier (Cancun Hotel Zone) if you are visiting us from Cancun or Riviera Maya.

Can I bring my own Yacht or Catamaran?

Hotel Villa Rolandi features its own private Marina Pier that can host up to 12 mid-size Catamaran or Yachts. Restaurant reservations are recommended for groups.

Do I need a voltage converter while staying at Villa Rolandi?

The voltage for Mexico, U.S. and Canada is the same (110-120 Volts) however there might be instances where a adapter might be needed.

Plugging In. Electrical sockets (outlets) in Mexico are very similar to the electrical outlets found in the United States and Canada, and if your appliance has a North American plug, it's possible that you won't need any adapter at all in order to plug in there. However, there are two potentially very important physical differences that may need to be addressed with an adapter: grounding and/or polarization. If your plug has one or both, and the socket doesn't, then the plug may not physically be able to fit into the socket without an adapter.
